With a background in clinical psychology, Lauren supports parents in understanding the emotional and developmental patterns influencing their child’s behavior.
Her work focuses on translating complex psychological concepts into clear, compassionate, non-clinical language that parents can use in everyday life. She helps families make sense of patterns, reduce confusion, and respond in ways that support growth rather than simply manage behavior.
Lauren’s focus includes:
-
Parent education and psychoeducation (non-clinical)
-
Emotional and developmental framing
-
Helping parents understand why certain patterns occur
-
Collaborating on parent sessions, workshops, and written resources
Her goal is to help parents feel informed, confident, and grounded in how they support their child
